Alex Carter picked up her first guitar at 8 years old. From there, she took her learning very seriously, developing her acoustic abilities completely alone. As if being a self-taught guitarist was not enough, at age 10 she ventured into the piano, and now is as strong a pianist as she is a guitarist.

Today, at age 19, Alex presents herself on stage and all social media platforms as “ALX”: a singer and song-writer authoring melodies, lyrics, and mixing/producing her own songs.
